Our AC unit recently quit on my wife and I late one night during one of the hottest days of the summer. Given that we have two babies under the age of two, we had a a bit of a minor emergency on our hands. I sent Bee Line a note on Facebook Messenger explaining our situation, and by 6:30am that morning, Mr. Holcomb called me, and assured me that he would get someone to our house as soon as possible. By 8:30am, his technician Mike arrived at our house. He was friendly and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue and informing us what was needed to fix it. Later on that same morning, Mike had our AC back in service, and the house cooled down like a champ. This was our first time utilizing Bee Line’s services, and I can tell you that we are beyond impressed: their prompt response, customer service, and technical expertise is just superb. As long as we are residents of the Enid area, Bee Line has a customer. 5 stars!
